Settlo Terms of Service

These General Terms of Service ("General Terms") are a legal agreement between you, as a current or prospective customer of Settlo‘s services ("you", "your") and Settlo Technologies Limited. Settlo, ("Settlo", "we", "our" or "us") and govern your use of Settlo‘s services.
General Terms
1Account Registration
Provide accurate personal information during registration and keep the information current. We can suspend or terminate your account if you provide incomplete or false information. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
2Restrictions
You may not use our services for unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purposes. We reserve the right to share information with law enforcement if we suspect such activity.
3Your Content
You retain all rights to your content when you upload it into our services, but you do give us broad rights to use, modify, display your content in our services. You can see specifics on the rights you grant us below. The Services may include functionality for uploading or providing suggestions, recommendations, feedback, stories, photos, documents, logos, products, loyalty programs, promotions, advertisements and other materials or information (“Content”). Also, anything you provide us or make available to the public through our services must not contain anything that we think is objectionable (e.g., illegal, obscene, hateful or harmful to you, our customers or us). We can remove any content at any time.
4Security
We take security incredibly seriously, but can”t guarantee that bad actors will not gain access to your personal information. You need to do your part by keeping your passwords safe, being smart about who has access to your account and which of your devices can access our services, and letting us know if you think an unauthorized person is using your account.If there is ever a dispute about who owns your account, we are the decider.
5Privacy
Your Personal Information By using any of our Services as a Settlo seller, you acknowledge our data practices that apply to you, we hereby declare that we won’t share, distribute or use your shared personal information with third parties without your permission.
6Your Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Paid Services, and a royalty-free, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Free Services as authorized in these General Terms. We may make updates to the Services available to you, which you must accept to continue using the Services.
Payment Terms
7Our Role
Settlo allows you to accept mobile payments from customers. We partner with BoT approved Payment Processor Selcom Pay Tech to process payments.
8Fees
Our payment partner charges a payment processing fee of 1.5% per transaction when they process a payment. They may need to change their fees from time to time, and we’ll let you know in advance when they do.You agree to pay the applicable fees as mentioned and listed above.All Fees are charged at the time they process a transaction and are deducted first from the transferred or collected funds and thereafter deposited in your Account. You also grant Selcom Pay Tech Recovery Authorizations, which we may utilize to recover fees you owe them
9Payout Schedule
Unless you‘ve chosen a custom time, Selcom Pay Tech initiate payout of your funds direct into the registered number or your Bank Account: Monday to Thursday - before 1300PM EAT. Friday - before 1300PM EAT the following Sunday. Weekends or other non-business days - before the next business day. Additional charges may apply for Bank Account settlements
10Taxes
Your taxes are your responsibility.You are responsible for determining any and all taxes assessed, incurred, or required to be collected, paid, or withheld for any reason for your use of the Payment Services (“Taxes”). You also are solely responsible for collecting, withholding, reporting, and remitting correct Taxes to the appropriate tax authority. We are not obligated to, nor will we determine whether Taxes apply, or calculate, collect, report, or remit any Taxes to any tax authority arising from any transaction.
11Receipts
Our system does not automatically issue TRA fiscal receipts.In case you want to issue electronic receipts, you are required to contact TRA and ask for your unique/customized API for your business to be integrated with our system manually. This service (manual integration of your business TRA API) may be charged by Settlo as a separate service.
12Other Provisions
These General Terms, and any applicable Additional Terms or Policies, are a complete statement of the agreement between you and Settlo regarding the Services. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and any other Settlo agreement or Policy, these General Terms will prevail and control the subject matter of such conflict. If any provision of these General Terms or any Additional Term is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These General Terms do not limit any rights that we may have under trade secret, copyright, patent, or other laws. No waiver of any term of these General Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.6I, the business owner or an authorised employee, have read and understood all terms and conditions in this binding contract of service between you (Your Business) and Settlo Technologies.
By using Settlo‘s services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
